Coastal Carpet Care is a mobile cleaning service based on the Alabama Gulf Coast, dispatched directly to your door across three states. Our territory spans nine counties — from Mobile and Baldwin in Alabama, through Escambia and Santa Rosa in Florida's Panhandle, to Jackson, Harrison, George, and Stone counties in Southeast Mississippi. Every technician works from a fully equipped van, so there are no shop drop-offs and no waiting — we come to you, often the same day you call. Alabama

South Alabama is our home base, and we cover it thoroughly — from the port city of Mobile and the suburbs stretching north through Saraland and Satsuma, to the resort communities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach on the coast. Baldwin County's growing cities — Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Robertsdale, and dozens of smaller neighborhoods — are all within our regular route. We also reach deep into Escambia County, AL, serving Atmore, Brewton, and the rural communities between them.

Florida

Northwest Florida's Pensacola metro sits just across the state line and is one of our busiest service areas. We cover all of Escambia County, FL — including Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, and the military communities along the bay — as well as Santa Rosa County from Gulf Breeze and Navarre out to Milton and the communities along the Blackwater River. Whether you're in a beachfront condo or a rural home on the Florida side, we're typically within a 30-minute drive.

Mississippi

Southeast Mississippi's Gulf Coast corridor — Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula, and the communities in between — falls within our standard service range. We also serve the inland counties: George County cities like Lucedale and Agricola, Stone County's Wiggins and Perkinston, and many small communities throughout Jackson and Harrison counties. If your Mississippi town isn't listed, give us a call — we often extend service for larger jobs or underserved areas.

Do you travel outside your listed service areas?

Our listed cities represent our regular weekly routes, but we'll often extend coverage for larger jobs, repeat customers, or urgent requests. Call (251) 767-1988 and we'll let you know right away — there's no charge for asking.

How quickly can you respond in rural or smaller communities?

Response time depends on where you are relative to our current route, but same-day and next-day appointments are available throughout most of our service area, including rural communities. We'll give you an honest ETA when you call.

What counties do you serve across Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi?

We serve Mobile County, Baldwin County, and Escambia County in Alabama; Escambia County and Santa Rosa County in Florida; and Jackson County, Harrison County, George County, and Stone County in Mississippi. That's nine counties total, covering the majority of the Gulf Coast from Atmore, AL to Biloxi, MS.

Is there a travel fee for outlying areas?

There is no travel fee for cities within our standard nine-county service area. For locations beyond that range, we assess travel on a case-by-case basis and will always quote the full price before scheduling — no surprises.
