By scheduling or receiving services from Coastal Carpet Care, you agree to the following terms.

Service Area

We serve residential and commercial clients throughout South Alabama, Northwest Florida, and Southeast Mississippi. Please contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.

Pricing & Minimum Charge

All services are subject to a minimum charge of $150. Final pricing is based on the scope of work, square footage, and condition of the area to be cleaned. A firm quote will be provided prior to beginning any work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of your service and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Liability

Coastal Carpet Care is fully licensed and insured. We take great care with every job, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn fibers, or items not disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for color loss resulting from pre-existing stains, fading, or manufacturer defects.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
